JOHNSON, Justice.
On January 20, 1964, James Casey Curtis, hereinafter referred to as claimant, filed a claim for compensation before the State Industrial Court against Transcon Lines, Inc., employer, and its insurance carriel', Transport Indemnity Company, who will be hereinafter referred to as petitioners.
