MEMORANDUM ON OBJECTION TO DEBTORS’ CLAIM OF EXEMPTION

This contested matter is before the court on the Objection to Debtor’s [sic] Claim of Exemption (Objection) filed on May 3, 2006, by the Chapter 7 Trustee, Ann Mostoller (Trustee), objecting to the Debtors’ claimed homestead exemption in a tract of land adjoining their residence.
