OPINION BY GANTMAN, P.J.:
Appellant, Philip Lawrence Moriarty, appeals from the order entered in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas, which denied his first petition brought pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"). We reverse the order denying PCRA relief and vacate Appellant's revocation sentence.
