Following a hearing on cross-motions for summary judgment, the circuit court of Cook County granted summary judgment for plaintiff, John T. Winston, and against defendants, trustees of the Hotel and Restaurant Employees and Bartenders International Union Welfare Fund and William L. Meyers, Inc.
