This was an action to subject the amount to be paid for the purchase of a homestead to the payment of the debts of one who owned and occupied the homestead at the time of his death.

A. B. Saffell, the owner, died on September 3, 1915, and left surviving him four children. His wife had died two years before his death. At his death there were claims against him and the funds in the hands of the administrator were insufficient to pay them.
