Presently before the court is the confirmation of the Sixth Amended Chapter 13 Plan (“the Plan”) filed by Catherine Gon*513zalez (“the Debtor”). The Debtor is the former record owner of the residential real property located at 7231 Leonard Street, Philadelphia, PA (“the Property”). Through her Plan, the Debtor seeks to exercise her right to redeem and regain title to the Property under 53 P.S. § 7293' (“§ 7293”).
