Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Santagata, J.), rendered May 7, 1993, convicting him of manslaughter in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Upon our review of the record, we find that the defendant voluntarily and intelligently waived his right to appeal and that he withdrew all prior motions, both pending and decided, as part of his plea agreement.
