This case is before the court on appeal from the decision of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Penn Central Corporation, now known as American Premier Underwriters, Inc. ("Penn Central"), on plaintiffs-appellants' claims for indemnity and contribution to a $600 million judgment entered against them in multidistrict antitrust, litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
