A Clayton County jury found Jerry Preston Hartley guilty of trafficking in methamphetamine. On appeal, Hartley claims that the trial court abused its discretion in denying Hartley’s motion for a continuance, and that Hartley received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm for the reasons set forth below.
