The defendant, Cedric Lee, was found guilty by a jury of home invasion, residential burglary, aggravated battery of a senior citizen and aggravated battery and was sentenced to concurrent terms of 22 years’, 15 years’, 7 years’ and 7 years’ imprisonment, respectively.
