Following a jury trial, defendant Tramel Foreman was found guilty of first degree murder. The jury additionally found that during the commission of the offense, defendant personally discharged a firearm that proximately caused the victim Larry Lowery’s death. The trial court sentenced defendant to two concurrent 50-year prison terms for two counts of first degree murder.
