This is an action in assumpsit to recover a balance allegedly due for goods .sold and delivered. Trial was held before a superior court justice sitting without a jury and resulted in a decision for the plaintiff in the sum of $6,910.80 plus interest and costs. The case is before us on the defendant’s bill of exceptions to such decision and to certain evidentiary rulings. However, only his exception to the decision has been briefed and argued, the other exceptions having been waived.
