Defendants appeal from an order entered after a hearing which transferred them from the juvenile to the adult division of the Department of Corrections pursuant to section 3 — 10—7(a) and 5 — 8—6(c) of the Unified Code of Corrections (the Code) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 38, pars. 1003 — 10—7(a), 1005 — 8—6(c)). Both defendants contend that those statutory provisions are unconstitutionally vague, and defendant Moore additionally contends that the doctrine of collateral estoppel precluded the consideration of ultimate facts…
