Plaintiffs Mac William Bishop and Christopher Chivers have brought this suit under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552 (“FOIA”), against the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”) to obtain records relating to the questioning of plaintiffs at John F. Kennedy International Airport in May and June 2013.
