In this lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. § 552, Plaintiff the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press ("RCFP") challenges the Federal Bureau of Investigation's ("FBI's") response to a request for records relating to the FBI's impersonation of documentary filmmakers and film crews.
