Annie Cravens, individually and as administratrix of the estate of James Cravens, deceased, commenced this action in replevin in the district court of Pittsburg county to recover possession of personal property of the alleged value of $468. The defendants are Mattie Cravens, Louisa Holliday, and Arthur Holliday. At the conclusion of the evidence the trial court sustained a motion for directed verdict for the defendants, and plaintiff has appealed, appearing herein as plaintiff in error.
