Suit in equity, commenced November 3, 1877, in the Circuit Court of Iiardy county, by John Miller and others, as the heirs and distributees of Elizabeth Neff, deceased, against the administrator oí Ceorge S, Neff, deceased, and others. The cause was subsequently removed to the Circuit Court of Berkeley county, which latter Court, on May 15, 1886, pronounced a decree in favor of the plaintiffs against William Fisher, administrator of Ceorge S. Neff, deceased, for the sum of $24,580.12, with interest and costs, to be paid out of the assets of said Ceorge S. Neff’in the hands…
