MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ANNA DIGGS TAYLOR, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motion for a determination of the timeliness of claims filed by putative class members in this class action lawsuit. For the reasons outlined below, the Court must grant the motion with regard to some of the claimants, and deny it as to others.
Plaintiffs brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging abridgement of their right to travel in violation of the Equal Protection clauses of the Constitutions of the United States and of the State of Michigan. Plaintiffs were…
