Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Demarest, J.), rendered June 25, 1993, as amended October 20,1993, convicting him of grand larceny in the fourth degree and assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment, as amended, is affirmed.
