The plaintiff sues under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (the “FLSA”), to recover overtime compensation. Pursuant to Local Rule 3.08, the parties announced (Doc. 11) a settlement and jointly moved (Doc. 14) for approval of the settlement agreement. See Lynn’s Food Stores, Inc. v. United States, 679 F.2d 1350 (11th Cir.1982). An April 29, 2010, order (Doc. 15) rejects the parties’ initial settlement, which contains an unenforceable “confidentiality” agreement.
