This was an action by appellee against appellant to recover for certain furniture and apparatus furnished appellant. Complaint in four paragraphs. Demurrer to each paragraph for want of facts overruled. Plea in abatement in two paragraphs.' Demurrer to each paragraph sustained. Answer in general denial and two affirmative paragraphs.
