—On November the 9th of last year an opinion in this case was rendered by Presiding Judge Davidson of this court, in which Judge McCord concurred, reversing and remanding the case on the ground, in substance, that the verdict of the jury and judgment of the court were unsupported by the evidence in that there was not in the evidence sufficient proof of corroboration.
