This is an action seeking redress for alleged sexual discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Plaintiff, who worked at the DeKalb County Health Department, contends that her former employer discriminated against her by paying her wages less than males performing comparable duties, and by failing to promote her to a position to which she aspired.
