*1385 The court returns to the question of whether plaintiff Midwest Fastener Corp. ("Midwest's") zinc and nylon anchor products are nails. Before the court now is the United States Department of Commerce's ("Commerce") Final Results of Redetermination Pursuant to Court Remand (Dep't Commerce Dec. 21, 2018) (" Remand Results "), ECF No. 50, which the court ordered in Midwest Fastener Corp. v.
