Pansy Campbell and Phyllis Campbell have filed a petition for review asserting that the Referee erroneously denied their reclamation petition, and more particularly in holding void ab initio their chattel mortgage on certain property of James G. Beale, the bankrupt, which mortgage matured by the terms thereof more than five years after the date of the filing and recording of the mortgage.
