The People v. Dabbs

Appellant filed, in the criminal court of Cook county, a motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis under section 72 of the Civil Practice act, seeking to review and set aside a judgment entered against him on a verdict of guilty on trial of a charge of crime against nature.
