The appellant, Plaza Bottle Shop, Inc., has appealed from an adverse ruling on a motion for summary judgment. The judgment dismissed appellant’s complaint against the appellee, A1 Torstrick Insurance Agency, Inc., on the basis that the action had not been filed within the one-year statute of limitations as set forth in KRS 413.245, the statute pertaining to actions for professional malpractice.
