Defendant listed his property known as “532 S. Taft Hill, together with all draperies” with the Fletcher Agency, a real estate broker in Fort Collins, Colorado. Dorothy Stone, a representative of the Fletcher Agency contacted plaintiffs and advised them that this property was for sale and solicited plaintiffs to purchase it.
