HUGHES, Justice.
This suit is brought to establish, affirm the validity and declare the effect of an alleged contract between appellee, James Green Lawson Coulson, and his deceased and only brother, Charles Louis Coulson.
The nature of the alleged contract, dated in the Fall of 1919, was that appellee, who at the time resided in Alabama, would dispose of his Alabama property, move to San Angelo, Texas, and there help his brother in the operation of a business in which he was then engaged, in consideration of which appellee or appellee and his wife Ollie, would presently receive one half of all…
