Plaintiffs, grantees in a warranty deed executed and delivered to them by grantor in his lifetime, brought this action against defendants, sole heirs at law of grantor, deceased, to reform description of the property erroneously described therein by error or mistake of the scrivener. Plaintiffs were nephews, and defendants were brothers of grantor. Defendant Fred Albert Dowding, father of plaintiffs, entered a voluntary appearance, and thereafter defaulted.
