OPINION BY
POPOVICH, J.:
¶ 1 Appellant Antuane R. Holton appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on August 9, 2004, in the Court of Common Pleas, Dauphin County. Appellant was convicted of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (PWID — crack cocaine) 1 and possession of drug paraphernalia. 2 He was sentenced from 32 months to 72 months, a fine of $200 plus costs for the PWID charge, and a fine of $25 plus costs for the possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Upon careful review, we affirm.
