The complainant, Hooper Telephone Company, filed its complaint with the state railway commission, alleging that it is, and for several years past has been, operating a public telephone station and exchange at Hooper, in Hodge county, and that the defendant, Nebraska Telephone Company, is, and for many years last past has been, “operating public telephone stations and exchanges and various telephone toll lines throughout the state of Nebraska, one of such exchanges being at Fremont, Nebraska, which exchange has more than two thousand subscribing telephones connected therewith;” that the…
