This is the appeal of a judgment denying a motion for post-conviction relief filed by Ronald Lee Harrison (movant) pursuant to Rule 29.15. 1 Movant was convicted, following a jury trial, of second degree murder, § 565.021, 2 first degree robbery, § 569.020, and armed criminal action, § 571.015. He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of life on the second degree murder conviction; a term of thirty years on the first degree robbery conviction, to be served concurrent with the sentence on the murder conviction; and a consecutive term of twenty years on the armed…
