BEATY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This case involves numerous motions that are currently before the Court for consideration. The Court will first outline its rulings here and then set forth the reasoning supporting these rulings in more detail below. The first motion before the Court was Defendant BB & T Bank of South Carolina’s (“BB & T”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Document # 56] which was filed on November 29, 2001 by then-counsel for BB & T, Mr. E.
