Milonas, J.

Defendant Brian Conlan was convicted, following a jury trial, of two counts of murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and was sentenced to two concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 20 years to life to be served concurrently with a term of from 4 to 12 years. On appeal, defendant contends that the judgment against him must be reversed and a new trial directed on the ground that he was denied his right to a fair trial and to due process of law when the prosecutor failed to correct the false statements of a witness…
