Manuel Saucedo-Solis, a native and citizen of Mexico, petitions this court for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissing his appeal from an immigration judge’s decision pre-termitting his application for cancellation of removal, denying his applications for withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), and ordering his removal to Mexico. We deny the petition.
