ORDER DENYING APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT OF UNCLAIMED FUNDS

This Order is entered in response to an ex parte Application For Payment Of Unclaimed Funds (the “Application”) filed by Charlene J. Keys, dba Keys Research (“Keys”). Keys filed the Application on behalf of, and as the agent for, Andrea Rothschild (“Rothschild”), president of Bates and Bancroft Corp. (“Bates & Bancroft”). The Application requests an order directing the Clerk of the bankruptcy court to remit to Keys the sum of $2,469.88 which was previously deposited by the chapter 7 trustee into the…
