OPINION DENYING SECOND APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT FROM UNCLAIMED FUNDS
PHILLIP J. SHEFFERLY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. Introduction
This matter is before the Court upon a second application for payment from unclaimed funds filed by “Bradford Production, Inc., Applicant, by and through its Assignee, Omega Consulting.” The sec ond application recites that there are unclaimed funds in this chapter 7 case totaling $40,571.35 and requests that the Court grant the second application and remit these funds to the applicant.
