HEFLIN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, in Equity, wherein an injunction in favor of the appellee-complainant Brendle Fire Equipment, Inc. (who may hereinafter be referred to as “Brendle”) was entered.

On May 28, 1971, Brendle filed a bill in equity seeking injunctive relief with regard to competitive bid practices by the appellant-respondent City of Montgomery (who may hereinafter be referred to as “City” or “City of Montgomery”).
