EZELL, Judge.
L Douglas Gehrig appeals a trial court judgment rendered pursuant to a motion for summary judgment which found him liable to The Cottonport Bank in the *91amount of $62,364.28. Mr. Gehrig claims the trial court erred in finding that there were no genuine issues of material fact surrounding a commercial guaranty signed by him. For the following reasons, we reverse.
