On 28 June 2010, Defendant Jerry Alvin White (“White”) was indicted on three counts of trafficking in stolen identities pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. § 14-113.20. On 7 September 2010, the grand jury returned a superseding indictment against White for four counts of trafficking in stolen identities.
