The plaintiff, Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1588,1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court confirming an arbitration award and finding that the defendant, Laidlaw Transit, Inc., had complied with the award. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly found that the defendant had complied with the award.
