This action arises from a decision by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (the Commission) to award a license to Wynn MA, LLC (Wynn) to operate a casino in Everett, Massachusetts. In so doing, the Commission chose Wynn over Mohegan Sun Massachusetts, LLC (Mohegan), which had proposed a casino in Revere. In separate but virtually identical complaints, Mohegan, together with the City of Revere and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 103 (IBEW-103), seek to vacate the Commission’s decision pursuant to G.L.c. 30A, §14 and G.L.c. 249, §4.
