This controversy, which originated over the right of the Johnstown Fuel Supply Company (hereinafter called Johnstown Company) to impose on its customers a ready to serve charge of fifty cents per month, has changed its character, and at present is concerned only with the right of the Peoples Natural Gas Company, the appellant, (hereinafter called Peoples Company) which furnishes the Johnstown Company its entire supply of natural gas, to discontinue such service without the consent or approval of the Public Service Commission.
