This cause is before the court on the motion of plaintiff Regions Bank to compel arbitration pursuant to Section 4 of the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 4. Defendants Brian Britt and Brenda Britt have filed an answer/response in opposition to the motion and the court, having considered the memoranda of authorities, together with attachments, submitted by the parties, concludes that the motion to compel is well taken and should be granted as to Brenda Britt, but that the motion may not be granted at this time as to Brian Britt, as he…
