Cecelia M. Saleh, co-administrator d.b.n. of the estate of Hugh J. Liverman (Saleh), sued Orie L. Oden to recover damages allegedly resulting from Oden’s fraudulent conversion of Liverman’s assets. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in Saleh’s favor with damages fixed at $31,500. The trial court entered judgment in accord with the verdict, and Oden appeals.
