¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, First Weber Group, Inc. v. Synergy Real Estate Group, LLC, 2014 WI App 41, 353 Wis. 2d 492, 846 N.W.2d 348, which affirmed the circuit court's 1 order denying First Weber Group, Inc.'s petition to compel arbitration. 2
