This is an action under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act 1 that arises out of the sale of an SUV. James Killings-worth, and his wife, Kathy Killingsworth (“the purchasers”), sued Ted Russell Ford, Inc. (“the seller”), alleging that the seller failed to advise them about damage to the previously-unowned vehicle sold to the purchasers.
