The defendant is the owner of premises situated at the northwest corner of Front and Chestnut streets, in Columbus, O., having a frontage of 623£ feet on Front street and 18feet on Chestnut street. Said-premises being covered by the defendant’s buildings in which it is engaged in carrying on a wholesale business in drugs, medicines, etc. The plaintiff is the owner of premises fronting on said Chestnut street, and being on the north side thereof and separated from the defendant’s said premises by Park street which is 33 feet wide, and the C. & X.
