The Government has brought this litigation, setting forth claims under the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 28 U.S.C. § 3001, et seq, and the Federal Priority Act (“FPA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3713, against Saul Senser (“Sen-ser”) and two groups of Defendants which are unrelated to Senser. 1 This lawsuit is related to United States v.
